Legendary names general counsel

WillhiteLegendary Entertainment has drawn on J. Martin Willhite as general counsel. Younger crowd advised Spyglass Entertainment's Gary Barber and Roger Birnbaum on employment and equity possession matters because they grew to become co-chairmen and CEOs of MGM Galleries and repped Reveille in most facets of its $130 million purchase to Shine. Willhite also took part in the representation from the Chandler Trusts, most investor from the Occasions Mirror Corp., within the $8 billion purchase of Occasions Mirror towards the Tribune Co. Willhite joins Legendary as the organization is growing the amount of tentpoles it creates via a distribution cope with Warner Bros., increases its biz into TV and comicbooks and creates Legendary East in China.
